The unofficial warm-up to Web Summit 2026.

Most marketers have never opened an IDE. On Sunday 8 November, the day before Web Summit opens, we are going to fix that in one day.

Bring a product you are launching, or a brand that has gone quiet. Team up on the day, then build a whole campaign with agentic AI: the positioning, the social, the creative, and the site that carries it. You leave with the campaign live and the AI agents you built still working for you.

✅ WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

No experience needed. A one-hour AI masterclass at the start gets everyone going, whatever you have used before. Every participant gets AI access for the day and our starter kit of 16 ready-made marketing AI agents. Come on your own if you like, because teams form on the day around the ideas people pitch. Mentors are on the floor all day.

Judging: a panel of marketing practitioners counts for 60% of the result. The other 40% comes from our AI judge, which runs each team's campaign past 1,000 AI customers built from that team's target audience. Every team leaves with its scorecard.

Entry is free and registration is approved by the hosts. Places are limited. The venue is in Lisbon and is shared with approved guests. The day will be photographed and filmed.
