About this event

Every founder now has access to the same AI tools for outreach, content and lead generation. As a result, buyers’ inboxes and feeds are full of messages that look and sound the same, and most of it gets ignored. Response rates are falling significantly, and the tactics that worked two years ago do not work anymore. This session looks at what’s actually working for B2B founders right now, especially in industries where buyers need to trust you before they buy. We’ll cover what makes a founder stand out in 2027 and how to build a go-to-market approach that wins clients without adding to the noise.Expect 20-30 minutes of content followed by Q&A. Bring your own GTM questions and we can tackle them live!Who it’s forTechnical and B2B founders who’ve built something good and now need to win clients. It’s especially relevant if you sell into high-trust markets like deep tech, web3 and digital assets, AI, fintech or professional services, where long sales cycles and skeptical buyers make generic outreach useless. Speaker: Lu Li is the founder of Content Gym, where she helps B2B founders and executives in web3, AI, deep tech and professional services win clients through content and events. Her view is that in high-trust markets, the strongest GTM happens in the right rooms and conversations, not through cold outreach. She has been building these rooms for over 12 years. She started her career in brand marketing at P&G across European markets, has worked in web3 and digital assets since 2021, and is the author of Dear Female Founder, featuring 66 entrepreneurs from 20 countries.
