Walk & Coffee is a relaxed morning walk and coffee in Parque das Nações, hosted by Longevity Lisbon for anyone curious about living longer and better.

What is this about? Walking is one of the simplest habits we have, and large observational studies link regular walking with a lower risk of early death. It costs nothing, needs no equipment and gets easier with good company. This is the first get-together of the Lisbon chapter, so it is also a chance to meet the people who will shape it from the start.

What to expect?

A easy-paced walk through Parque das Nações, suitable for any fitness level.

Coffee afterwards, where you can chat with the other people who came along.

A short hello from the organisers about what Longevity Lisbon is and what comes next.

Who is it for? Anyone interested in longevity, whether you already follow the science closely or you are just starting to think about healthier habits. You can come alone, bring a friend or join with your running or gym crew.
